So, a couple days ago I saw that Origin was offering the Sims 4 in Game Time. I was really excited because I had wanted to try the Sims 4. I followed the instructions like normal and entered the Product Code when I was prompted, and it didn't work. So I tried again thinking I had put it in wrong, but it still didn't work. I have tried multiple times now, using Caps, dashes, etc.
